Hello !
One of the most damaging assumptions women make during midlife transitions is this:
“I must be losing motivation.”
But what I see again and again is something very different.
Motivation doesn’t disappear randomly.
It erodes when meaning, identity, and direction drift out of
alignment.
When women come to me feeling stuck, the real issue is rarely effort or ambition.
It’s orientation.
They’re asking:
- What still matters to me now?
- Which parts of my identity are outdated?
- How do I move forward without blowing everything up?
These aren’t questions to rush.
That’s why the work I do focuses first on stabilization,
not action.
Before you change anything externally, it helps to:
- quiet the internal noise
- separate fear from intuition
- reconnect with your own authority
This is the heart of what I’ll be teaching in a free webinar called Smoothing Out the Bumpy Ride. In it a present a calm framework for navigating life transitions without panic or impulsive decisions.
Some women attend and feel
immediate relief and clarity.
Others realize they want deeper support and continue into my Happily Even After program, where we work more intentionally with identity, self-trust, and next chapters.
There is no right pace.
But there is a kinder way to move through this phase.
I hope you’ll join me.
Warmly,
